Quality signals we track internally for every supported market.
We monitor fit metrics such as R² to understand how much of the rent variation each country model explains.
We review absolute and relative error measures together with sample size and feature coverage before promoting model changes.
Detailed live performance data is currently restricted to the admin workspace while access controls and product gating are still being finalized.
This page documents methodology, data provenance, quality grades, and how model changes are governed. It does not expose live country-by-country admin metrics during private launch.
Dataset source, coverage, and quality-grade information is published at the dataset level.
Model changes are reviewed against performance, feature coverage, and data freshness before release.
Current platform coverage is limited to the 27 EU member states.
Detailed live model performance remains available only inside authenticated admin tooling for now.
Updated 8/10/2026 — detailed model metrics are not public during the current launch stage
